Job Details: Join the Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool at Johns Hopkins Health System and provide expert, family-centered care across the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (PCICU), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This unique role offers the opportunity to care for critically ill infants and children with a wide range of complex medical and surgical conditions while collaborating with nationally recognized multidisciplinary teams. Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RNs develop exceptional clinical expertise, adaptability, and versatility while making a meaningful impact across multiple specialized critical care environments. Salary Range: Minimum $39.64/visit - Maximum $61.45/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
