Help bring Bracco healthcare marketing solutions to life across the Americas. This is a hands-on opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain broad exposure across the Commercial Operations and Marketing team by executing defined marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist, Americas role is an individual contributor that focuses on tactical, hands-on execution including content development, campaign support, digital activities, and brand consistency, operating within established processes, timelines, and brand guidelines. The role supports the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, and Latin America, and works closely with regional marketing and commercial teams. Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks Campaign and Content Execution
Execute assigned components of Americas marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across customer-facing and corporate channels. Support external branding initiatives across the Americas by translating defined strategies into tactical execution across digital, content, and event-based channels. Coordinate with internal regional stakeholders to support campaign timelines, asset development, approvals, and deployment under general supervision.
Social Media and Web
Support social media execution in coordination with global social media agency, including content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking. Assist with the development and adaptation of social content to support regional marketing priorities while adhering to established brand guidelines. Support website content updates and ongoing maintenance in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Brand Consistency
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials by following established global brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Develop, edit, and maintain content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials. Create, update, and maintain corporate PowerPoint presentations, ensuring clear, professional, and on-brand messaging. Support solutions-oriented marketing by helping connect product, brand, and customer messaging across channels using defined frameworks.
Performance Tracking & Project Support
Collect, analyze, and report on marketing performance data and KPIs to support optimization and continuous improvement. Support project coordination, timelines, workflows, and approval processes to ensure efficient and compliant execution of marketing activities.
Education

Required Experience
3-5 years of experience executing customer-facing marketing communications, marketing campaigns, and branded content initiatives. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise marketing content aligned to brand standards. Experience supporting social media platforms and website content management. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with ability to create and maintain professional, on-brand presentations. Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting on marketing performance metrics and KPIs. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with external agencies, particularly marketing and social media agencies. Experience supporting regional or Americas-based marketing initiatives. Familiarity with integrated or omnichannel marketing execution. Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing analytics tools, and social media management tools.
