We are seeking a FFS Mental Health Workerto join our team in our Sharon Hill, Delaware County PA location.

Earn: $25/hour

Position Details

The mental health worker (MHW) is a key member of Merakey's interdisciplinary, clinicbased behavioral health team. In this role, the MHW/Therapist delivers highquality, personcentered therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, while promoting strong client engagement and ongoing retention. Core responsibilities include completing intake evaluations, conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and coordinating care in close collaboration with clinical leadership. The MHW/therapist ensures services align with best practices and organizational standards, supports overall client wellness, and meets established productivity expectations as an essential member of the outpatient treatment program.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a humanservices field such as Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or Psychology.
  • One year of prior clinical or counseling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should have knowledge of evidencebased and/or recoveryoriented treatment practices
  • Demonstrate strong documentation, organizational, and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is required.
  • The candidate must be able to work with adults, children, and adolescents
  • Maintain a schedule that supports billing approximately 15-20 direct client contact hours per week.
