Department 10009 General AccountingPay Range $57,969.60 - $96,616.00 Day shiftThe Payroll Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for executing payroll processing activities and performing detailed reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role follows established payroll procedures, resolves routine to moderately complex issues, and supports audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities. The Payroll Analyst partners with HR, Finance, senior payroll team members, and vendors to maintain accurate payroll records while applying payroll regulations and internal policies within defined guidelines. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (required) Minimum Experience 2 years of progressive payroll processing experience (required) Experience working with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, or comparable platforms) (required) Required Certifications Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) - preferred Certified Payroll Professional Preferred Required Skills/Knowledge Working knowledge of payroll legislation, wageandhour rules, and pay cycle execution Functional Accountabilities Payroll Processing & Review Regulatory Compliance Application Benefits That Support You:

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy.
