This role brings deep expertise in data visualization theory, design thinking, and healthcare analytics to shape how insights are presented and interpreted across clinical, operational, financial, and enterprise teams. As a strategic partner, they establish and enforce visualization standards, lead the design of complex and high-visibility data products, and elevate the capabilities of the broader analytics team. They understand that visualization choices directly influence decision-making and stakeholder trust, and they proactively identify and correct designs that could mislead or distort understanding. By applying principles such as pre-attentive attributes, gestalt theory, and effective visual encoding, they translate complex data into intuitive, credible, and impactful narratives that drive informed action.
