Senior Production Planner

To provide production planning, scheduling and inventory monitoring support to help meet machining and fabrication production requirements

*Schedule daily production requirements for the Production and Laser buildings to achieve customer demand

*Communicate daily with various departments and internal customers

*Address inquiries regarding lead time commitments and expected completion dates

*Work closely with procurement, engineering, quality assurance, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of production targets

*Monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy in records, and adjust schedules to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions

*Utilize ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced planning software to support operational planning and decision-making

*Perform daily consumption of materials in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for completed components

*Provide timely response to Customer Service to ensure custom seating orders are initiated accurately

*Provide management and support staff with input related to topics such as capacity planning, work load analysis and department business strategy

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

*Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, thorough and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Develop specific goals and plans to organize and accomplish work

*Develop proficiency with ERP and Job Pack planning systems

*Follow company guidelines and safety procedures

Must have:

*Strong planning/scheduling skills

*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*4 years of relevant experience in production planning or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment

*1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience

*5 years of experience scheduling a manufacturing environment

*Current or previous successful employment with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

*High School Diploma or GED

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
