The Engineering Team Lead takes a leadership role in the design, development, integration, and testing of Satellite Ground Systems. The Engineering Team Lead works with the Project Managers, engineers, and development teams to design, prepare, and support systems for users by reviewing technical requirements, designing solutions, designing and overseeing testing, and delivering ground control systems all over the world.

• 5 Years of experience in C2 Ground Systems engineering
• Strong leadership inidesign, development, integration, and testing of Satellite Ground Systems
• Collaboration withiProject Managers, engineers, and development teams

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
