Clinical Lab Supervisor | Oncology Practice Full-Time | Onsite | Monday - Friday
Lead a High-Performing Laboratory Team Supporting Exceptional Cancer Care. At Shenandoah Oncology, our mission is to deliver exceptional cancer care close to home. We are seeking a collaborative, hands-on Clinical Lab Supervisor to lead a team of four laboratory professionals, oversee daily laboratory operations, and ensure our physicians, clinical staff, and patients receive the accurate, timely diagnostic testing they rely on every day. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Supervisor, Lab Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, Lead Medical Technologist, Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or similar laboratory leadership role seeking a supportive, specialty-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and patient care come first.
