Are you passionate about driving innovation in supply chain systems and shaping the future of ERP solutions? Join our team as an Advisor, TIS SCM Systems ERP, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering functional expertise across Oracle Supply Chain modules while collaborating with business and technology partners. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ERP systems and supply chain operations to deliver impactful solutions, enable data-driven decisions, and strengthen the connection between technology and business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Business SMEs to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional designs and system specifications aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Lead the evaluation of cross-functional supply chain processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical, scalable solutions.

  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and system integrators, ensuring alignment across Agile and SDLC delivery frameworks.

  • Provide oversight and governance to SCM development teams, guiding solution design, integrations, and ongoing enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues within the application portfolio, determining effective and timely solutions.

  • Drive business process documentation and lead change initiatives to support system implementations and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet defined business needs and quality standards.

  • Individuals will be assigned to the following areas: Material Management & Logistics, Procurement, Contracts and Sourcing, Accounts Payable and Expenses.

Who you are:

  • Related University degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent).

  • Minimum 4 years related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business language as well as conduct in-depth technical discussions.

  • Experience implementing ERP software modules including requirements, functional documentation and testing experience.

  • Ability to interpret process flow charts to understand what data is captured and how it travels between various applications and hardware components.

  • Advanced communication skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts: multi-disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with developers and SME's, leading group sessions.

  • Highly developed organizational skills to prioritize tasks and complete work within defined timeframes in a fast-paced program environment.

Preferred:

  • 5 or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role).
  • Technical skills such as SQL and advanced Excel to support data activities are recommended.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment working at a computer.

  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines and conflicting job priorities.

  • Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible, and decisions affect all integrated processes associated with new or changed business or operations.

  • Travel to Enbridge locations.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
