Labor and Delivery

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maternal and newborn care, with the ability to circulate for C-sections and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Shift: 3O12.5 hour shifts
• Weekend Policy: Every other weekend, based on unit needs
• Call: Not required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Must have experience circulating for C-sections
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, FHM, and NRP

• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• Travelers will float to Antepartum, Postpartum, and PACU as needed
• Average census of about 19 patients per day, with 26 rooms and beds
• Care areas include Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, GYN, and Post Partum/Nursery

• Charting System: EPIC and Pyxis
• Scrubs: Provided by the hospital; L&D wears blue
• RTO Policy: All time off must be submitted with the application and approved before the offer
