We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IAM Operations Engineer to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations with a strong focus on AWS Active Directory, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. This role combines heavy operational responsibilities with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, observability, and compliance oversight.

• IAM Operations: Manage and support AWS Active Directory, including rehydration processes, authentication, and vulnerability management.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and CloudFormation.
• Infrastructure Support: Contribute to infrastructure stack development and maintenance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage observability platforms (Splunk, NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus) to proactively monitor system health and performance.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to cloud security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Collaboration & Communication: Actively engage with cross-functional teams via Slack, providing updates, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence.

• AWS expertise (core requirement)
• Active Directory (including AWS AD rehydration)
• CI/CD principles with Jenkins, Git, CloudFormation
• Observability tools: Splunk, NewRelic, Datadog, Prometheus
• SRE mindset: proactive monitoring, automation, reliability engineering
• Cloud security and compliance knowledge
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
