Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location(s): Chicago, IL Role Summary: The Enterprise Architect is a senior strategic technology leader responsible for designing, governing, and delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions. The role combines enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, consulting, and program leadership to support large-scale modernization, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, and cloud migration initiatives. This position works closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and engineering teams to ensure technology strategies align with business objectives. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture and solution design across the complete project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary technology advisor to business and client stakeholders.
- Define cloud transformation strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Drive infrastructure modernization and hybrid/multi-cloud adoption.
- Oversee architecture governance, technical standards, and solution quality.
- Lead Day 2 separation, divestiture, and TSA exit planning.
- Develop migration strategies for applications, infrastructure, identities, and data.
- Guide delivery teams while maintaining architectural integrity.
- Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical design reviews.
- Partner with business development and sales teams during solutioning and proposals.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional technology workstreams.

Ideal Candidate: A senior Enterprise Architect with consulting experience who has successfully led enterprise cloud transformations, infrastructure modernization, and complex migration programs involving divestitures or M&A. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, enterprise infrastructure, governance, stakeholder management, and architecture leadership while effectively bridging executive business objectives with engineering execution.
