Job Title: Order Management Deliver Operator

Location(s): Cary, NC
(Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Specialist to manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment. This role partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations to investigate order issues, resolve order blocks, allocate products, and ensure timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and learning new systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Investigate order blocks and identify root causes affecting fulfillment.
  • Allocate products and monitor open orders to ensure timely processing.
  • Perform data cleanup and maintenance to improve data quality.
  • Work with SAP, Excel, Qlik, Winshuttle, and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues.
  • Support system testing, process improvements, and operational projects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Educate customers on processes and available services.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience using Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Winshuttle, or similar reporting/business systems.
  • Experience working with order processing, reporting tools, or large datasets.
