The Sr Data & Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and improving business outcomes for DentalPlans.com, a leading online marketplace for dental savings plans that empowers consumers to access affordable dental care. As part of the Analytics team, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Contact Center Operations, and Technology to deliver data-driven insights that inform key business decisions. You'll be a key contributor in enabling, maturing, and scaling DentalPlans' analytical capabilities as the foundation for continued growth. Your work will span key areas across the business, including digital marketing performance, contact center sales and support optimization, customer segmentation, engagement, and retention, and financial and operational analytics and forecasting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand core processes, challenges, and opportunities, and develop ad hoc analytics, dashboards, forecasts, segmentation strategies, and predictive models to uncover actionable insights across the entire customer lifecycle. Success in this position requires a blend of business and technical skills, strong analytical and critical thinking, and the ability to connect data to meaningful business outcomes. This role is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed. What You Will Do
Experience & Education
The posted range for this position is$75,000 - $105,000,which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
