Electrical Panel Technician
Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

What You'll Do

* Assist with building crates and preparing completed electrical panels for shipment.
* Support the assembly and stuffing of electrical control panels under the guidance of experienced technicians.
* Assist with wiring smaller electrical components and basic junction boxes while learning proper wiring techniques.
* Label electrical panels and equipment according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
* Learn to use hand tools and measuring devices, including tape measures, to support accurate assembly.
* Develop a basic understanding of point-to-point drawings and wiring schematics through hands-on training.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with experienced team members while building the skills needed to perform tasks with increasing independence.

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn electrical assembly processes.
* Ability to use or learn to accurately read a tape measure.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
