Meet the Team You will be part of Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization focused on providing communications support for the CX Product Management and Marketing executive leadership. Your Impact The successful candidate will be in control of developing a narrative that informs, encourages, and engages internal and external audiences, in line with our organization's vision, strategy, and values. They will employ a range of messaging platforms and channels, including internal and executive communications, customer and partner engagements, social media, newsletters, and industry events. We are seeking an artful writer and skilled strategic communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, compelling language. Our team needs someone with a consistent record of producing high-quality, streamlined content, and a steadfast eye for quality and detail while balancing multiple projects. This role requires regular collaboration with senior leaders in Product Management and Marketing, as well as CX Engineering stakeholders, Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing, and People & Communities.

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $165,000.00 - $239,200.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $145,000.00 - $210,200.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
