We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Prototype Operations Department at the Kesselring Site (KS).Our department is responsible for all S8G Prototype operations and training which accounts for one third of all NAVY students reporting to the fleet for nuclear duty each year.This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of a program critical to national security and excellence in NAVY military training. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support, including phone calls, email, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for program related events. Collaborate seamlessly with other Executive Administrative Assistants, company-wide and at KS, to set standards and foster an environment of teaming, collaboration, and mentorship. Lead the Administrative Assistant (AA) team within the department with authority to delegate and prioritize work tasks. Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and clear communication. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. Experience with managing travel and budgets. Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on teaming and collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS) A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset. Proven leadership and decision making skills with demonstrated success. Pay Range $63,900.00 - $97,800.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only.
