Are you a highly skilled and proactive Program Manager with a passion for driving operational excellence through technology? We are seeking an impactful individual to join a dynamic team focused on transforming business operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing critical digital environments, developing AI-enabled solutions, and championing process efficiencies. Your expertise will directly contribute to streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and ensuring the scalability and security of vital platforms, making a tangible difference in how the organization operates globally.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to significant projects that will redefine operational processes. You will play a crucial part in managing digital site infrastructure, maintaining application solutions, and developing advanced AI and agent-based workflows. Key initiatives include creating comprehensive reporting dashboards and developing tools for tracking and approval, all designed to enhance business efficiency and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of digital environments, including site infrastructure and application platforms.

* Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to organizational standards, including accessibility, governance, and security requirements.

* Support associated environments and services as required.

* Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities across workflows using platform tools and agent-based solutions.

* Develop lightweight agents or workflows for repeatable tasks and transition manual processes into streamlined, scalable, AI-enabled solutions.

* Deliver reliable day-to-day platform support while continuously improving work through automation, simplification, and standardization.

* Maintain and update digital infrastructure (permissions, compliance, accessibility, structure).

* Manage and enhance application and platform environments.

* Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions.

* Design and implement apps, automations, and agent-enabled workflows to improve business processes.

* Proactively drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

* Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and governance standards across environments and tools.

* Provide ad hoc support as required.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Hands-on experience with platform tools, including application development and workflow automation.

* Experience administering or maintaining online site infrastructure and environments.

* Ability to discuss and provide examples of dashboards, applications, automations, or technical solutions built or supported.

* Demonstrated ability to support a schedule of approximately 16 hours per week.

* A track record of stable employment, with clear explanations for any short-duration roles.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience and familiarity with large enterprise tools, processes, and ways of working.

* Proven reliability and ability to independently complete assigned work and "get stuff done."

* Experience developing AI-enabled solutions, agents, or process automation workflows.

* Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions.

* Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate examples of technical solutions.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
