Database Administrator 006

Serve business needs through the design, implementation and maintenance of database systems. Monitor databases for functionality, stability and to ensure continuous function. Address and resolve issues that arise. Regularly meet with other technical staff to coordinate database support for projects. Perform database upgrades/updates. Provide periodic updates to key stakeholders. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. Utilize the following: Oracle Database, SQL Developer, PL/SQL, JIRA, Agile.

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Two (2) years of the aforementioned five years of progressively responsible experience must have included: Oracle Database, SQL Developer, PL/SQL, JIRA, Agile. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients.
