The Director, USDPT Stablecoin is a GM-style leader accountable for building and scaling USDPT into a globally adopted, high-liquidity digital dollar ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end success of USDPT as a business-driving adoption, transaction volume, and revenue-while orchestrating product, liquidity, distribution, and partner strategy. Operating at the intersection of fintech, crypto infrastructure, and global payments, this leader will scale USDPT as a core financial rail powering seamless on/off-ramp experiences, cross-border flows, and institutional-grade treasury operations. Salary The base salary range is $215,000 - $245,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
