As Director of Digital Assets Network, you will spearhead the vision, development, and global expansion of Western Union's Digital Assets Network (DAN). In this pivotal role, you will define and execute the long-term product, growth, and commercial strategy-seamlessly connecting partners into Western Union's broader ecosystem across retail, digital banking, and financial services. You will champion customer-centric innovation, shape a scalable and market-leading product, and drive adoption at a global level. Success in this role requires deep expertise in blockchain and stablecoin technologies, exceptional product leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-evolving environments while delivering measurable business impact. Salary The base salary range is $215,000 - $245,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance.
