Job description

  • Coordinate and manage Change Control, CAPA, and Nonconformance (NC) processes to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Monitor quality records, identify bottlenecks, and drive actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Schedule and lead meetings, document action items, and follow up through completion.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate quality risks or compliance concerns when needed.
  • Manage document control activities, including document creation, review, approval, version control, and lifecycle management.
  • Administer SharePoint document libraries by maintaining document repositories, permissions, and folder structures.
  • Support document migration and harmonization efforts during integration activities.
  • Work closely with teams based in Germany, with flexibility to support CET/CEST working hours.


We're looking for candidates with:




  • 3-6+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Document Control.
  • Experience with Change Control, CAPA, Nonconformance, and Document Control processes.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using SharePoint for document management and administration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
