The Position Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Resource Management Senior Specialist, Resource Management to support the execution of the Resource Management function through ownership of staffing workflows, reporting, and system data integrity. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring accurate and timely staffing data, delivering reliable utilization reporting, and acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for the PSA and staffing tools. The Senior Specialist plays a critical role in enabling effective staffing decisions, though does not directly own those decisions. This position reports to the Resource Manager or Director, Resource Management. Workflow Ownership & Execution
