Job Description The Director - Creative Studio Integration sits on the North America Marketing Services Delivery team and is responsible for coordinating the intake, prioritization, and output of work delivered through Visa Creative Studio (VCS) for NA clients. This role serves as the critical bridge between Marketing Services Delivery and VCS, ensuring that creative demand is effectively managed, prioritized, and aligned to business goals across issuers, merchants, co-brands, and fintech clients. This individual will design and direct the end-to-end flow of creative work-optimizing what enters VCS, how it is prioritized, and the quality and efficiency of what is delivered. The role operates in close partnership with Delivery Senior Directors, Delivery Segment Leads, and VCS Operations, ensuring that creative resources are deployed against the highest-impact opportunities while maintaining operational rigor and predictability. The Director will bring both a business and operations mindset, driving integration with a critical cross-functional partner, improving resource yield, and enabling VCS to operate as a strategic growth engine for Marketing Services. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail oriented, forward thinking, has a high level of organizational acumen, and is experienced in managing creative resources and processes within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $178,300.00 to $ 285,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
