The VP Facilities is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of all Credit Union facilities, office services, physical security, safety programs, and business continuity planning. This role integrates facilities management with enterprise-wide safety and security operations to ensure the protection of employees, members, physical assets, and business operations. The VP leads planning, design, construction, and maintenance of all owned and leased properties while overseeing physical security systems, emergency preparedness, incident response, and workplace safety programs. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and a safe, secure environment across all locations Responsibilities
