We are seeking a proactive individual to join a pivotal team, ensuring the seamless flow of product samples and supporting the visual presentation that brings our brand to life. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the visual storytelling and operational efficiency of a major retail player, helping to shape how products are presented to the world and influencing customer perception on a grand scale. Your work will be instrumental in transforming product visions into tangible, compelling displays that resonate with a global audience.

What You'll Do

• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative and visual merchandising teams.
• Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
• Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
• Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
• Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
• Support with photographing the studio.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, email, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
