    What You Will Do:



    • Explore dealership operations: rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
    • Build sales skills: learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes.
    • Engage and grow: participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
    • Represent RDO with pride: maintain a professional image, following safety protocols, and supporting a positive team environment.


    What You Will Need:



    • Self-starter mindset: take initiative and show a strong desire to learn and contribute.
    • Customer-first attitude: demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to world-class service.
    • Strong communication: bring interpersonal and written skills to support customers and team members.
    • Tech-savvy approach: be comfortable using a CRM platform, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
