Job OverviewThis role supports and grows accounts in the public safety sector by driving sales and managing customer relationships for first responders. It involves generating sales opportunities, renewing contracts, analyzing accounts, and maintaining accurate data entry and system navigation. The role requires continuous training to maintain product knowledge and meet productivity and sales goals based on defined metrics. Success is measured by achieving sales targets, customer retention, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
