Shift Options: 3 PM-12 AM or 7 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Saturday

  Ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is complete, accurate, and processed on time to support efficient warehouse operations.

  Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping software to audit inventory, validate orders, and verify delivery route accuracy.

  Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads while maintaining compliance with customer and transportation requirements.
  
  
• 
  
  Receive and dispatch drivers, coordinating loading and unloading activities with warehouse dock personnel.
  
  
• 
  
  Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for shipping, receiving, and transportation records.
  
  
• 
  
  Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, drivers, and transportation partners to keep operations running smoothly.
  
  
• 
  
  Support inventory accuracy through detailed audits, data entry, and documentation review.
  
  
• 
  
  Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  
  
• 
  
  Utilize Microsoft Office and other warehouse technology platforms to manage records and daily workflow.
  
  
• 
  
  Stay organized, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing operational demands.
  
  
• 
  
  Bring previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse administration, logistics, distribution, inventory control, or transportation coordination-or the ability to quickly learn and thrive in these areas.

  Contribute to a culture of teamwork, reliability, safety, and customer-focused service.
