Provide front desk reception and administrative support, assist visitors and employees, coordinate office operations, support departmental projects, and assist with onboarding and office resource management. This position is onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees.
  • Respond to general inquiries regarding space assignments and departmental office resources.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations and visitor accommodations.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and refreshments.
  • Coordinate mail distribution, shipping, and courier services.
  • Support departmental projects and special initiatives.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and administrative coordination for new employees.

Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
