Requirements:

• Stand-up forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist, and climb on and off equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties:

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks
• Transport, stage, and store raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods
• Retrieve materials for production according to schedules and work orders
• Verify quantities, product codes, and inventory locations for accuracy
• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Use scanners, inventory systems, and paperwork to track material movement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
