The Spirit of the Position: The Office Administrator is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile. S/he is the first point-of-contact for the company and, as such, sets the tone for an individual's experience at LAZ Parking as well as providing administrative support to the management team. Primary responsibilities include greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our employees, customers and clients, proving excellent service, answering all inbound calls, helping to resolve inquiries and complaints in a positive manner, and handling the flow of in-person and phone inquiries efficiently while ensuring that all other front-desk responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Office Administrator is responsible for handing phone calls, monthly parkers and help desk requests during office hours of Monday through Friday. Proficiency in computers a must, Office system experience preferred. Principal Job Duties: - Answer telephone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service for clients, customers, employees, applicants, and managers. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: - 2+ years in an administrative support role is required. Skills: - Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files and file boxes, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. FLSA Status: Exempt LAZ Parking is an equal opportunity employer.
