Job Title: Onboarding Support Analyst (OpenFGA)
Location: Hybrid, Rosslyn, VA

Job Description
The Onboarding Support Analyst will guide enterprise application teams through the successful adoption and integration of the OpenFGA authorization service. This role supports teams from initial requirements gathering through data migration, training, and golive readiness, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Guide enterprise applications through adoption of the OpenFGA service, ensuring successful integration and data migration.
Responsibilities



  • Serve as primary contact for application teams onboarding to the service
  • Assess application authorization requirements and map to OpenFGA models
  • Assist teams with data model design and relationship definitions
  • Coordinate data migration from legacy authorization systems
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation, runbooks, and FAQs
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for application teams
  • Track onboarding progress and identify blockers
  • Gather feedback to improve onboarding process and documentation
  • Escalate technical issues to engineering team

Education and Background

  • High School Diploma or equivalent(GED) required.

  • Strong grasp of authorization and permissions concepts
  • Ability to translate business needs into welldesigned technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, thorough documentation
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on service quality

Preferred Skills

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application teams onboarding to OpenFGA
  • Assess application authorization requirements and translate them into OpenFGA relationship models
  • Assist teams with data model design, relationship definitions, and bestpractice usage
  • Coordinate and support data migration from legacy authorization systems
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve onboarding documentation, runbooks, and FAQs
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledgetransfer meetings for application teams
  • Track onboarding progress, identify blockers, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Gather team feedback to enhance the onboarding process, documentation, and tools
  • Escalate technical issues to the engineering team as needed
