Healthcare Provider Analyst We're hiring a Provider Analyst to support performance improvement initiatives within a value-based healthcare environment. In this role, you'll partner with provider groups, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvements in cost, quality, and patient outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone with managed care or health plan experience who enjoys working with data, building reports, and influencing business decisions. What you'll be doing: * Analyze healthcare data and build reports, dashboards, and scorecards * Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies * Partner with provider practices and leadership teams to drive results * Present insights and findings to stakeholders * Support multiple projects focused on improving provider performance and operational efficiency Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher preferred General working knowledge of the risk bearing organization and the delegated UM, Credentialing, Network Management, Customer Service, Finance, and Case Management functions. General working knowledge of risk bearing operating and performance revenue and expense levers Effective writing, presentation, and communication skills, including effective in influencing and negotiating - builds relationships and respect across functions and at all levels to gain support Intermediate-advanced analytical skills demonstrated through the successful performance of numerous special analytical projects Soft skills, including business partnering in a matrix organization Ability to interpret requests/requirements and effectively present data to support performance improvement activities Ability to prioritize work efforts, work independently, and leverage problem solving skills to research and resolve complex issues Possesses analytical ability sufficient to work in a data-heavy environment and to identify trends in the data. Intermediate MS Office required (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Excel Pivot Tables and Access skills a plus.
