Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Lead Product Manager who will own the end-to-end driver experience for the Geotab Drive App, our flagship mobile product used daily by commercial drivers around the world. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader - we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

As a Lead Product Manager your key area of responsibility will be owning the Drive App product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while defining what a world-class driver experience looks like and building organizational alignment to get there. You will need to work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and senior leadership teams.

To be successful in this role you will be aprofessional who thrives in complex mobile environments, cares deeply about the quality of what they ship, and has the executive presence to turn product complexity into clear strategic narratives. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong discovery and measurement practices, including the ability to define north star metrics, design experiments, build or evolve measurement systems, and use product data to drive prioritization decisions.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Driver Experience Strategy: Own the Drive App product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Define what a world-class driver experience looks like and build the organizational alignment to get there.

  • Driver Satisfaction: Champion a higher quality standard for the Drive App, using driver feedback and product data to identify gaps and lead initiatives that make the experience meaningfully better.

  • Platform Leadership: Lead product direction through a significant platform evolution that will shape how millions of drivers interact with Geotab for years to come.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver exceptional mobile experiences with quality and speed.

  • Metrics and Insights: Define and instrument the product signals that matter: ratings, engagement, retention, and onboarding completion. Use data to drive prioritization decisions.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Represent the Drive App in senior leadership reviews and translate product complexity into clear, compelling strategic narratives.

What you'll bring to this role:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior PM role on a high-scale consumer-facing or B2B2C mobile product.

  • A proven track record of improving mobile product quality at scale, specifically around ratings, engagement, retention, or onboarding.

  • Experience leading a product through significant platform change, market expansion, or experience transformation.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a background in fleet management or telemetry is preferred.

  • A strong discovery and measurement practice, with comfort in defining north star metrics, designing experiments, and building or evolving measurement systems.

  • Executive presence and strong communication skills that turn product complexity into clear strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in B2B enterprise software or regulated industries (fleet, compliance, logistics) is a strong asset; direct experience with commercial driver software is a meaningful differentiator.

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
