The Role at a Glance

As our Program Manager, you will direct and supervise the operations of intermediate residential and/or day service programs. You will ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and stay within the assigned budget. This role beautifully blends daily operational and clinical needs with the strategic growth of the program. Working in collaboration with management and clinical team members, you will oversee overall agency operations, including human resources, financial management, and the development and supervision of staff.

What You'll Do:


  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and develop staff to maximize employee engagement.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain continuous licensing readiness and ensure personalized, high-quality habilitative services.
  • Operations & Safety: Manage the on-call emergency response team and ensure all environments and company vehicles remain safe and sanitary.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage program budgets, monitor revenue/expenses, and oversee accounts for those served.


SCHEDULE:Generally days, but will be based on the needs of the home/departments to ensure a consistent leadership presence on campus.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a related field with required supervisory or management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred
  • Certifications: Active CPR, First Aid, and Medication Aide (40-hr) certifications are required; QIDP certification is a bonus.
  • Core Skills: Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities and licensing guidelines, paired with sharp financial/business acumen and professional communication skills.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Ability to drive, use a variety of software programs, adapt to changing demands, and work flexible hours.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to handle frequent standing, walking, and bending, lift up to 25 lbs independently, and push/pull up to 40 lbs of force.
