This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office. Job Summary Imprivata is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Secure Workspace Access, with a focus on browser-based workflows and hybrid VDI/browser access models. This role translates customer needs across complex environments-including Windows, macOS, thin clients, VDI, cloud desktops, and secure enterprise browsers-into innovative product capabilities that align with market trends and business objectives. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Support, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and customers to deliver secure and efficient access experiences across healthcare and enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while solving complex workflow challenges and turning insights into meaningful outcomes. Experience in enterprise software, identity, VDI, browser technologies, or healthcare IT is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
This position offers a total compensation range of $127,050 - $137,550 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
