Overview

This hybrid role, with on-site work required three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday), involves supporting both internal and external customers, including field sales and service teams across the Americas, as well as in-house technical and sales personnel. The position demands strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination across departments and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.



Responsibilities

. Support quote requests with sales reps with pricing and/or configuration alternatives to best suit customer financial needs and application requirements

. Coordinate and manage incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
. Serve as a liaison between customers and sales to resolve inquiries and/or issues
. Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers
. Collaborate with finance, logistics, and other internal groups to ensure seamless execution of customer orders



Qualifications

. Minimum of an associate's degree or in lieu of a degree a high school diploma with 3 years' experience supporting sales orders/quotations/returns
. 3-5 years' experience supporting a field/sales organization. Preferably Sales Force focusing on a medical device, biotech or high-tech product
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and work independently
. PC Literate - familiar with Microsoft oice tools (i/e Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
. Knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
. Detail Oriented - excellent analytical skills
. Positive, "can-do" attitude and sense of team camaraderie
. Ability to read and understand Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
