JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Office of the Senior Vice President for Research seeks an experienced, collaborative Research Analytics and Business Intelligence Specialist. This role designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions for Penn State's research enterprise. The specialist will build Power BI reports and datasets, develop SQL-based data models and datamarts, and work with stakeholders across Research Central and the Office of the Vice President for Research to turn complex data into actionable insights. Experience in healthcare, higher education, or research administration data environments, and familiarity with the research proposal lifecycle, is preferred.
