  • Build and strengthen relationships with TxDOT, local municipalities, transit agencies, and other key transportation partners to identify opportunities and support long-term growth.
  • Lead major pursuits and help shape winning proposals by contributing to technical strategy, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, and client-facing presentations.
  • Stay current on bridge and structural engineering trends, emerging technologies, and evolving TxDOT priorities to help keep STV at the forefront of the market.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth within the Texas structures team.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline required; Master's degree with a structural emphasis preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Texas PE strongly preferred.

  • Proven leadership ability with experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing technical teams.
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, with the credibility to engage clients, partners, and internal stakeholders with confidence.
  • Strong business development and pursuit leadership experience, including strategy development, proposal oversight, and client engagement.
  • Strong command of project delivery fundamentals, including scope development, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and client management.
