The Commercial Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner to the Commercial and Finance teams, providing advanced financial insights, performance analytics, and decision support. This position combines strong analytical execution with growing strategic influence. The Senior Analyst supports P&L transparency, leads financial modeling, drives process improvements, and deepens commercial profitability understanding to guide business decisions and enhance financial performance. This role is based in Charlotte, NC and will be expected to be in office Monday through Thursday with the option to be remote on Fridays. Key Responsibilities Financial & Performance Analysis

Pay Transparency:
Target base range: $74,500 - 134,040 The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
