Completion of a four-year HVAC apprenticeship program. Maryland HVAC Journeymen License required. Ten years of equivalent training and experience in commercial or industrial HVAC systems may be substituted for Maryland License. Preference given to candidates with prior experience in hospital settings. Maryland Class C driver's license required. Work requires the analytical skills to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
