Department 10009 General AccountingPay Range $69,035.20 - $115,065.60The Senior Payroll Analyst is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing and supporting complex payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions and pay cycles. This role applies advanced judgment to resolve escalated payroll, tax, and compliance issues; supports audits and yearend activities; and contributes to payroll system enhancements and process improvements. The Senior Payroll Analyst partners closely with HR, Finance, and the Lead Payroll Analyst to ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and wellcontrolled, while mentoring lessexperienced analysts and delivering advanced operational analytics. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (required) Minimum Work Experience 5 years ofpayrollexperience, including complex, offcycle, or multistate processing (required) Required Certifications Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) - preferred Required Skills/Knowledge Advancedpayrolladministration and tax compliance knowledge Tax & Compliance Support Systems & Process Enablement Payroll Data & Analysis Benefits That Support You:

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy.
