Global IP Program Manager

Globally driving our IP- A 'Build One - Use Everywhere' model that encompasses Solutions and services IP development, packaging and the enablement of our countries and partners around the work to sell and manage those solutions and services.

• Own the strategy, messaging, roadmap and adoption of our SecOps and AI Game Plan platforms across the Americas, APJ and Europe.
• Be able to demo and go deep on technology, with partners, executives and technical teams alike.
• Coordinate strategy development: work with platform owners, key stakeholders and functional owners to consolidate commercial, technical, operational and organizational input and build out our global strategy for the Cloud platforms.
• Work closely with the MSFT/AWS and TD SYNNEX platform teams to prioritize key initiatives.
• Package and enable our countries and partners to sell and manage these solutions and services.
• Own the analytics for the platforms: define the KPIs, build and maintain the reporting, and use the data to track adoption, program performance, milestone achievement and impact realization.
• Turn the data into decisions. Identify where performance needs to improve, and recommend course corrections to the platform leadership team.
• Manage budgeting and resource tracking for platform initiatives, and manage issues, risks and scope.
• Be aware of the broader commercial perspective to anticipate opportunities and threats within TD SYNNEX and vendors. Work with the platform leadership team to adjust course to maximize our results.
• Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Manage the cadence to keep senior management at TD SYNNEX and Microsoft informed with accurate, data-backed information. Prepare consistent, impactful messaging and presentations to maximize senior executive engagement.

• 5-10 years in product ownership, solutions architecture, pre-sales, partner enablement, program leadership or other go-to-market roles.
• IT Channel experience, preferably in a Managed Service / Hosting Provider, TD SYNNEX, or other Pan European distributors.
• A passion for technology and Cloud, with a good understanding of Cloud Computing, ideally with Microsoft or Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable building reports and dashboards, working with data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills, comfortable working with senior executives at TD SYNNEX and with partners.
• Ability to network effectively, negotiate well and influence people.
• Good level of business practice consultative skills, with great problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently, with responsibility as an individual (ownership).
• Experience working with remote, international and cross-matrix teams.
• Able to work constructively under pressure and in a multitasking environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Enjoys and is willing to travel, and understands the global requirements of such a role.
• Able to adapt to working hours of different time zones.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of current Microsoft programs in market
• Working knowledge of TD SYNNEX's cloud platforms
• Project/program management techniques
