We're seeking a Manager, Management Consulting in Retail & Consumer Products to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Manager in our Retail & CPG portfolio, you will support the delivery of transformation programs by leading specific workstreams and helping drive execution across retail client engagements. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality outcomes, manage day-to-day project activities, and contribute to problem-solving within complex retail environments. This role is focused on strong execution, client support, and developing consulting and leadership capabilities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

YOU WILL:




  • Lead or support delivery workstreams within retail and consumer transformation programs.



  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.



  • Support client stakeholders through structured communication and project coordination.



  • Assist in driving improvements across retail operating models, including merchandising, planning, and store operations.



  • Work closely with Directors and Senior Managers to deliver project objectives and ensure quality outcomes.



  • Support team coordination, issue tracking, and project governance activities.



  • Contribute to proposal development and business development activities as needed.



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:




  • 4-7+ years of consulting, advisory, professional services, or relevant industry experience.



  • Experience supporting or contributing to retail transformation, digital, or process improvement initiatives.



  • Understanding of retail business functions such as merchandising, planning, or store operations.



  • Experience working on project teams in a consulting or matrixed environment.



  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.



  • Exposure to client-facing work and problem-solving in complex environments.



  • Supply chain exposure is a plus but not required.



  • Ability to work effectively in team-based, fast-paced delivery environments.
