Application Developer II - Identity Governance & Lifecycle Automation

Assists Information Systems Application Services in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise identity governance and lifecycle management solutions. Responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Entra ID Governance capabilities, automated provisioning processes, identity lifecycle workflows, and access governance solutions supporting organizational security, compliance, and operational objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design, configure, and support Microsoft Entra ID Governance capabilities including Lifecycle Workflows, Entitlement Management, and Access Reviews.
2. Develop and maintain automated identity lifecycle processes for onboarding, role changes, transfers, and employee separations.
3. Create and support workflow automation solutions utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation Runbooks, and PowerShell.
4. Develop integrations and automation solutions using Microsoft Graph APIs and cloud-based services.
5. Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignment, and access governance activities across enterprise applications.
6. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow, provisioning, and identity governance related issues.
7. Collaborate with Information Security, Human Resources, Infrastructure, and application teams to implement access management requirements and governance controls.
8. Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, testing plans, and support materials.
9. Maintain an issues work list and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.
10. Provide primary support and maintenance for identity governance systems and services as determined by the Application Services Coordinator or Manager.

REQUIRED

1. B.S. degree in Business, Computer Science or related field and two (2) years web application development experience

OR

1. B.S. degree and seven (7) years web application development experience
2. Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory environments.
   4. Experience developing PowerShell automation and workflow solutions.
   5. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise application integrations.
   6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
   7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   

PREFERRED

1. Experience implementing Microsoft Entra ID Governance solutions.
2. Experience configuring Lifecycle Workflows, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management.
3. Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and Azure Functions.
4. Experience utilizing Microsoft Graph APIs.
5. Experience with identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access controls.
6. Microsoft Security, Identity, or Azure certifications.
7. Experience supporting healthcare or regulated environments.
