Material Control Associate (Temp - Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location: Acton, MA

Pay: $25.40/hour

Shift: B Shift (Weekday Nights) - Mon-Thurs, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM (12-hour shifts)

Join a leading medical device manufacturing facility and support critical material handling and inventory control operations in a regulated environment (FDA 21 CFR / ISO 13485). This temporary role is ideal for candidates seeking experience in warehouse operations, SAP/ERP systems, and cleanroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer materials between warehouse and cleanroom following SOPs
• Perform accurate SAP/ERP transactions for all material movements
• Replenish materials using a Kanban inventory system
• Operate equipment such as manual pallet jacks and support packaging processes
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete end-of-shift tasks
• Communicate via two-way radio and respond promptly to requests
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• No experience required-training provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Basic computer skills; warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods
• Team-oriented with strong reliability and work ethic

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting with cleanroom interaction
• 12-hour shifts; schedule flexibility may be required
