POSITION OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Recruiter will play an integral part in attracting, identifying and hiring exceptional talent. With candidate experience at the forefront, the Senior Recruiter will manage the candidate process from sourcing, to interview scheduling to offer. Hiring exceptional talent has been core to our success in developing long-standing client relationships and exceptional customer service. This role represents KFI's brand, culture, and core values to attract talent to our rapidly growing organization.

Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Perform thorough intake meetings and develop deep understanding of the aligned business group as well as the overall company mission and strategies.
  • Continuously network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies to engage with passive candidates and build candidate pipelines for technical and niche skillsets.
  • Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations to team members and key stakeholders
  • Actively seek out industry knowledge, staying ahead of trends to shape innovative recruitment and hiring strategies.
  • Create innovative, scalable solutions to drive hiring and meet business objectives.
  • Use of a range of sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and provide internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Use ATS system guidelines and manage applicant and candidate activity.
  • Participate in campus recruitment and outreach events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Sourcing experience with a focus on specialist roles demanding specific backgrounds, technical expertise, and experience.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Corporate recruiting for mid-senior level positions.
  • Training and understanding of recruiting processes, interviewing skills, and candidate lifecycle.
  • Experience in sourcing using social media tools and recruiting platforms with aptitude and desire to learn new tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience and training in HR issues, legal compliance, and all regulatory requirements related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and trust.
  • Proficient with MS Office and web-based recruiting tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated and driven with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to consult and negotiate and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and meet required deadlines.
  • Prior experience creating recruiting strategies and measuring effectiveness.
  • Applicant tracking system proficiency (ADP a plus).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without the need for work sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Travel: Up to 10-20% domestic travel

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for an Engineering and Architecture firm or Professional Services organization preferred.
  • A combination of search firm and corporate recruiting experience a plus.
  • Experience with campus and outreach programs.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual qualifications, experience, work location, and education. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
