Job Description




As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Duty in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations while remaining aware of changing conditions.
  • Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity through visible presence and timely reporting.
  • Support public-facing operations by interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and officials, and/or relaying information to supervisors and local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
