Job Responsibilities:
- Provides technical expertise for pre-sales opportunities, installation, and post-sales maintenance of Commercial Services products, ensuring the systems function.
- Maintains competency in established area(s) of expertise through vendor and industry training. Liaison with manufacturers regarding product or applications upgrades.
- Gathers, and updates data pertaining to tools, resources, products, and applications on a regular basis.
- Develops and applies technology for customers' use.
- Proactively develops innovative solutions and programs to enhance business opportunities.
- Provides active technical mentoring for the Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Interface with senior-level customer contacts, identify customer needs, add technical expertise to customer proposals, handle objections appropriately, and deliver successful sales presentations adding value through industry knowledge and insight.
- Personally follows through on customer inquiries and requests, demonstrates responsiveness, and able to present highly technical topics included advanced products/applications and business solutions to large groups.

- Must have current driver's license and/or passport.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Qualifications:
- RCDD is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Estimation of Infrastructure cabling technologies.
- Ability to travel 0-10% of the time.
